The custom industrial heating tube is an electric tubular heating element used to transfer heat into air, water, thermal oil, tanks, ovens, ducts or process equipment.
Yigao reviews the heating tube around heat load, medium, target temperature, available voltage, installation space, tube length, bend radius, terminal position and mounting method.
Depending on the application, the element can be supplied in straight, U-shaped, finned, flange-mounted or other drawing-based forms. Final dimensions and material should be confirmed in the quotation.
For air and duct heating, finned elements may be considered when airflow, pressure drop, surface temperature and required heat-up time allow. For liquid or thermal-oil heating, immersion, flange and seal details require project-specific review.

A tubular heating element is a sheathed electric resistance heater used to transfer controlled heat into air, water, thermal oil, ovens, tanks and other process equipment. The sheath, diameter, watt density and terminal design must match the medium and operating temperature.
The same general tubular-heater form can be reviewed for air, water or thermal oil, but the material, watt density, sealing, flange, surface temperature and installation method are different for each medium. Send the medium, temperature, flow or volume and mounting drawing before selecting the element.
Power is selected from the required heat load, heat-up time, heat loss and number of elements. Voltage, phase, current limit, element length, diameter, watt density and control stages are then checked against the available electrical system and installation space.
