Technical Overview

The duct heater body includes a junction box, flange connection, insulation layer, thermocouple sensing point, finned heating tubes and an inlet fan connection.

The product is suitable for drying rooms, circulating hot-air pipelines and oven retrofit projects, including nonwoven melt-blown production, textile, paper, chemical fiber, coating, grain, food, pharmaceutical, tobacco and chemical drying applications.

The refreshed YY-FD reference table covers 10-1000 kW models, ambient to 800 C temperature range, +/-1 C temperature control accuracy, stainless steel or carbon steel body options, and customer-specific non-standard design.

The FD-30 reference drawing uses 380 V power, 30 kW total heating capacity, 9 heating tubes and single tube power of 380 V / 3.33 kW.

FD-30 reference materials include Q235 carbon steel for the inner chamber and shell, 304 stainless steel heating tubes, and 50 mm silicate cotton insulation.

The product can be selected by required power, inner chamber size, outlet diameter and matched fan model.
