Technical Overview

The heating elements are inserted into the organic carrier thermal oil and heat it directly; a circulation pump forces liquid-phase circulation so heat is continuously transferred to one or more heat-using machines.

The oil outlet sends heated thermal oil to the heat-using equipment, then the return line brings oil back to the electric heater for continuous reheating, forming a complete circulation system.

The electric thermal oil circulation process does not require water supply during operation, helping keep the equipment exterior dry and reducing rust and scale risks.

Temperature, circulation and heating time can be adjusted for low-temperature holding or higher-temperature process heating, depending on the production requirement.

The equipment is configured around electric heating tubes, oil pump, control cabinet, digital temperature control, over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, overpressure alarm and the required inlet and outlet pipe diameter.
