Factory identity
Verify the entity, address and production scope together.
The company sign photo identifies 盐城亿高供热设备有限公司 at the factory entrance. The official Chinese contact pages list No. 3 Jingyi Road, Environmental Protection Industrial Park, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, China. A buyer should still confirm the current visit address, the legal entity shown on the contract and whether the selected equipment will be engineered, assembled and tested at that location.
This page describes a practical buyer quality plan. It does not claim that every inspection below is automatically included. Required hold points, witness tests, records and acceptance criteria must be agreed in the quotation or contract.

Order quality plan
Recommended control points from inquiry to shipment.
1. Requirement review
Record medium, heat load, temperature, flow, pressure, fuel or voltage, installation environment, destination rules and acceptance criteria.
2. Drawing approval
Confirm model, dimensions, material, connections, electrical data, controls, sensor positions, access and drawing revision before production.
3. Material and component check
Agree which material grades, thicknesses, burner, pump, instruments, electrical parts and documents must be identified or traced.
4. Fabrication and assembly
Define buyer witness points for shell, pipework, insulation, supports, wiring, labels and maintainability when the project requires them.
5. Inspection and functional test
List electrical, leak, pressure, circulation, alarm, interlock and operating tests that apply, including method and acceptance criterion.
6. Document and packing release
Check nameplate, approved drawing, test record, manual, accessory list, packing protection, marks and pre-shipment documents.

Factory photos
Use photos as location context, not performance proof.
The entrance image and company-supplied aerial reference help a remote buyer understand the site context. They do not prove material grade, production capacity, product compliance or measured heater performance. Those questions require current records tied to the legal entity and selected order.
Project photographs on the Cases page show installations across presses, dryers, reactors and other heating duties. They should be evaluated together with application data, not used as stand-alone proof of efficiency, accuracy or service life.
Inspection and test plan fields
Remote pre-shipment document package
For buyers who cannot visit, agree a package that identifies the actual order: overall and nameplate photos, connection and cabinet views, key-component labels, dimension check, drawing revision, alarm and interlock demonstration, measured test results, accessory count, document index and packing photos. Generic factory video should not replace order-specific records.
Buyer FAQ
Factory and quality control FAQ
Can buyers visit the Yigao factory?
The website provides the Yancheng factory address and direct contact details. Buyers should confirm the current visit address, appointment, production schedule, photography rules and the specific equipment or records they want to inspect before travelling.
What should be checked during a factory audit?
Verify the legal entity and address, engineering and drawing control, material and component traceability, fabrication and wiring capability, inspection instruments, test records, nonconformance handling, packing method and examples relevant to the selected product.
Is the same quality plan used for every industrial heater?
No. Inspection and test requirements should follow the selected equipment, medium, pressure, electrical power, fuel, temperature, destination rules and buyer acceptance criteria. The agreed quality plan should be attached to the quotation or contract.
Which pre-shipment records can a remote buyer request?
Agree in advance on dated equipment photos or video, nameplate, drawing revision, component list, measured test results, alarm demonstration, packing photos and document index. Records should identify the actual order or serial number where available.
Do project photos prove the final performance of a heater?
No. Project photos show application and installation context, but performance claims require operating conditions and measured results. Ask for the test method, load, inlet and outlet data, duration, instruments and acceptance criteria.
