The pipeline heater is installed in a circulating air loop. Air enters the heater, is raised to the required temperature by electric heating elements, and then supplies heat-consuming equipment before returning to the loop.
The pipeline heater uses electricity as the energy source and air as the heating medium.
Driven by a fan or system circulation force, hot air circulates repeatedly through the system so connected heat-consuming equipment can continuously receive heat.
The heater is built around a cylinder body, insulation layer, guide plate, heating elements, inlet, outlet, drain outlet, saddle support, wiring port, junction box and internal temperature measurement point.
The product is suitable for production processes requiring continuous heat supply, high temperature stability and strict temperature control.
